I am a second-generation Denver, Colorado native. Having grown up in the North Side of Denver, also known as the Highlands, I know the city and its surrounding suburbs like the back of my hand. I attended Denver North High School, and after graduation, I served in the U.S. Army. Following my military service, I pursued a degree in Exercise Science and Fitness at Metro State University of Denver. Before venturing into real estate, I worked as a personal fitness trainer, creating customized exercise and nutritional programs to help clients achieve their goals.
My journey in real estate began as a sales executive for a national title company, where I discovered my true calling in sales, marketing, and real estate. As a full-service real estate advisor, I pride myself on assisting sellers, buyers, and investors in making informed housing decisions. In my experience, the most successful real estate transactions occur when the real estate advisor and client work together in a spirit of harmony and trust.
My passion lies in Mid-Century Modern architecture and design, inspired by the pioneering works of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian Style and the International Style, and extending to the post-World War II creations of Joseph Eichler and Cliff May, as well as local builders like H.B. Wolff and Carey Holiday. One of the many aspects I appreciate about Mid-Century Modern design is its timelessness, in contrast to the fleeting trends often seen on HGTV. I enjoy researching and helping homeowners preserve and restore their unique properties while modernizing their systems with today’s technologies.
I reside near Olde Town Arvada with my significant other, Yohalis, and our dogs, Leo and Omar. I cherish my role as a father to two remarkable young men, Alex and Armando. In honor of my beloved furry companion, Mr. Otis Bugarin, an American Bully, I am dedicated to giving back to the community. I pledge to donate a portion of every sale to the Denver Dumb Friends League or the Foothills Animal Shelter, embodying my commitment to making a positive impact beyond real estate.
