We’ll sit down together and help you determine your needs, wants, and goals, while offering my personal industry expertise and strategies for bringing your vision to life.

Step 3: Obtain Financial Pre-Approval

 A preliminary commitment in writing from a lender stating that a borrower will qualify for a particular loan amount, based under a lender’s guidelines.

Most lender letters are valid for 90-days and the process takes 2-3 days.

Step 4: Property tours

Based on our in-person consultation, we will begin shopping for homes that fit your search criteria and view them together.

Step 5: Produce Offer

Once we find the home of your dreams, we’ll submit an official offer — including but not limited to sale price, inspection contingencies, and closing costs. The seller then has time to accept, reject, or counter your offer.

Step 6: Negotiate Price + Terms

Trained in the highest level of negotiations, we will utilize the best strategy to get you the best results during the offer and inspection process.

Step 7: Conduct Inspection + Bring Issues to Resolution

usually 5-7 days after the acceptance of an offer and is conducted to discover issues with the structure, construction, environmental, and mechanical systems of a property.

Step 8: Close on Property

Before you know it, your home- buying adventure is complete! I’ll be there to hand over the keys to your new home and make sure everything is in order not only now, but in the months and years to come.

After signing the final paperwork to complete the purchase, you are now the owner of a new house. It may take a few days for your loan to be funded once the paperwork has been returned to the lender, but once that check is delivered to the seller, you’ll be all set to move into the home of your dreams.
